SALES EXECUTIVE (Engineering Product Compliance Specialist)

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell Electrical & Electronics Safety & EMC/RF testing services.
  2. Advise clients on product compliance requirements.
  3. Follow up on customer inquiries and close deals to meet monthly sales targets/KPIs.
  4. Achieve or exceed monthly proposal/quotation targets.
  5. Coordinate sample collection, customer visits, meetings, trainings, seminars, etc.
  6. Adhere to SGS global and local procedures.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and report improvement suggestions.
  8. Uphold SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and standards.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional Information:

  • Currently seeking sales candidates for central and northern regions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
  • Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
  • Valid driving license; transport allowance provided.
