Job Description: Student Recruitment Executive (Sales Driven)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Student Recruitment Executive with a strong background in sales to join our growing team at LSBF Malaysia. This role plays a critical part in driving student enrolment and achieving recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in sales, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students and parents about LSBF’s academic programmes.
Achieve individual enrolment targets by converting leads into successful student registrations.
Deliver engaging presentations and conduct information sessions at schools, colleges, and community events.
Plan, organize, and participate in recruitment activities including education fairs, open days, roadshows, and webinars.
Support students throughout the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
Build strong relationships with school counsellors and regularly update them on LSBF’s offerings.
Actively promote LSBF at various external events to increase brand visibility and reach.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student recruitment or sales within the education sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment targets.
Strong relationship management skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting KPIs.
MUST have prior experience in the education industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
