Job description

Job Descriptions:
  • Expand Customer Base: Identify and develop new clients, including individual F&B outlets, coffee chain accounts, and restaurant chains.
  • Develop Hotel & Dealer Accounts: Maintain relationships with hotels and dealers, tracking their latest projects.
  • Sales & Product Proposals: Offer rental, rent-to-own, or direct purchase options for dishwashers, chemicals, and accessories (e.g., pre-rinse sets, flytraps, tissues).
  • Quotation Preparation: Draft and provide quotations for equipment rental, purchase, and accessories.
  • Proposal & Documentation Handling: Manage customer quotations, proposals, and installation instruction forms before setup.
  • Contract & Payment Management: Handle rental and rent-to-own agreements, ensuring acknowledgment and deposit collection before installation.
  • Site Coordination: Conduct site meetings with customers alongside the Service Engineer before installation.
  • Maintenance Contract Proposals: Offer maintenance contracts to rent-to-own customers nearing the end of their installment plans.
  • Invoice & Payment Collection: Deliver monthly invoices and statements to customers or headquarters while collecting payments.
  • Payment Monitoring & Account Control: Track customer payment records, place accounts on hold after two months of non-payment, and coordinate with Sales Support for reminder letters.
  • Repossessing Equipment: Decide on dishwasher repossession if payment remains outstanding for three to four months.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Share updates on market trends and customer status with colleagues.
  • Competitor Analysis: Gather and review competitor quotations on chemical and machine rental/rent-to-own plans.
  • Product Testing: Evaluate competitors’ chemicals to compare performance and quality.
Job Requirements:
  • SPM, Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Skilled in negotiation and building strong customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and possess valid driving license.
