• Serve walk-in customers at our Ijok direct factory showroom
• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other online platforms
• Update and maintain product listings and content on online marketplaces
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets with strong persistence and follow-through
• Ensure smooth coordination between online and in-store operations
