Job summary

A leading beverage company is seeking a Sales talent for a full-time position in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of field sales experience in an FMCG environment, possess strong sales techniques, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a valid driving license and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
• Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
• Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
• Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
• Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
• Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
• Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance
  
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
• Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
• Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
• Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
• Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
