Job Responsibilities

• Work in a high-energy sales environment as part of a team to meet sales goals.
• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries from website visitors.
• Utilize knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers throughout the sales process, including test drives and financing arrangements.
• Complete all necessary records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide after-sale service to customers.

Your Know-How

• Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail, hospitality, or airline industries.
• Strong listening skills and customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Computer literacy.
