About the role

Powin Steel Industries Sdn Bhd, a leading steel manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Cheng, Melaka. We offers an excellent earning potential with a competitive base salary and commission structure, ranging from RM5,000 to RM8,500 per month.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting for new business opportunities within the local/international market.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Presenting and demonstrating our product offerings, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
• Negotiating and closing sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Providing feedback and insights to the sales management team to improve sales strategies.

What we're looking for

• Possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or any related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections.
• Motivated self-starter with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willing to travel within the local region to meet with customers.
• Technical knowledge in steel and building construction industry will be added advantage.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.
