Sales Executive (Based in Bintulu / Sibu)

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry or distributor management.
- Familiarity with territorial coverage and experience in managing dealer field sales teams.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the overall sales business of Bintulu and Sibu divisions in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
- Accountable for strategic initiatives to drive net sales, distribution, trade expenditures, and sales forecast efficiency. This includes product management, impactful display setups, and execution of promotions.
- Build and achieve long-term business success for the company.
- Implement and maintain sales measures at the customer level.
