Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good command of Mandarin (is a MUST), English, and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Willing to travel outstation & work aggressively.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly integrate volume, distribution, merchandising, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth while meeting productivity targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of all accounts receivable, adhering strictly to approved credit terms.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. Execute business development plans and provide exceptional customer service to facilitate business coordination between the company and customers, driving satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide valuable insights to management on tailor-fit trade promotions, leveraging market intelligence to design effective promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information on market and competitors’ activities. Your insights will assist in strategic decision-making and keep the company ahead of the competition.
  • Strategically plan and execute quality coverage to maximize business results while minimizing costs to optimize operational efficiency and contribute to bottom-line growth.
