Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (B2B - Specialty Fats) position at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd Packaging Division (A Member of Wilmar International Group of Companies) in Pasir Gudang.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in specialty fats, food ingredients, or related industries.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for B2B sales may also apply.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written) – required to communicate with diverse clients.
  • Willing to travel for client engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a strong team player.
Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to effective B2B sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Manage customer engagement, respond to inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge and coordinate with technical and production teams.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, and assist in order processing and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Support the finance team by monitoring payments and following up on overdue invoices.
  • Participate in system implementations such as HACCP, GMP, ISO, and RSPO.
