An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and manage a dedicated team in the automotive sector. This role involves strategic planning, team motivation, and achieving monthly sales targets. Ensure proper planning for the timely execution of orders, including allocation and stock purchasing, to meet customer delivery dates.
Verify that all orders are accurate, reflecting correct pricing, discounts, trade-ins, and promotions, and are authorized by the Outlet Manager.
Develop strategies and action plans to maximize monthly sales for the responsible Sales Advisor team.
Plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by the Distributor, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to develop their skills, ensuring high professional standards and that monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Distributor are met.
Oversee Sales Advisors to ensure targets are achieved through performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition.
Recruit new staff focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure their performance through coaching and monitoring.
Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales Advisor performance.
Prepare daily sales reports for management.
Report monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance to management.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
Target-driven and aggressive.
Highly self-motivated, independent, mature, with a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills; strong negotiation and analytical skills; good business sense and budgeting skills.
Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays for showroom and roadshow activities.
Willing to work in Kuantan.
