Job summary

A leading hospitality and entertainment company in Selangor is seeking a Sales Executive to develop new business and manage client relationships. The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, and a strong sales-driven attitude. Successful candidates will negotiate deals and ensure high-quality service during events. This position requires working 5 days a week, including weekends when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism/Hospitality or F&B.
  • Multilingual in BM and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • 2 years working experience in hotel/hospitality field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop prospect for new business through direct solicitations.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage existing clients and secure new clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.
  • Ensure excellent service is provided during events.

Overview

Responsible in the achieving sales for Only World Group (including theme parks and F&B outlets) which includes setting sales goals, recommending promotion packages and determining which products the company emphasizes based on ease of sale or profit margin.

Responsibilities
  • Develop prospect for new business through direct telephone solicitations and direct visitations.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve sales target as determined.
  • Consistently manage existing clients and secure new and potential clients to generate sales revenue.
  • Negotiate and close sales deal with prospective clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • To be in charge of events under your care, ensuring excellent service is given to customers and ensuring to obtain feedback from client after end of event.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism/Hospitality or F&B
  • Multilingual in BM and English. Other languages is an added advantage.
  • 2 year working experience in hotel/hospitality field.
  • Aggressive and sales driven to achieve set targets
  • Able to work 5 days, and to work on weekends if needed due to event requirements.
