A leading logistics company is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth and manage client relationships. The role involves cold calling, market research, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years of sales experience, with attractive commission and travel allowances offered.
Generate leads via cold calling, site canvassing, and professional networking activities
Follow up on sales leads provided by the company
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth targets
Proactively gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and business planning in accordance with organizational goals
Adhere to the company's Sales Policy and KPI requirements
Support Credit Management Policy compliance and ensure timely accounts receivable collection
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
Travel within assigned territory to develop and sustain relationships with current and potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to support long-term business development
Prepare and present quotations, propose credit terms, and draft sales contracts as required
Conduct formal and informal business reviews in collaboration with customers, Sales Leads, and Heads of Department
Collaborate actively with the Customer Service and Operations teams to address and resolve ongoing challenges
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Melayu, Chinese (dealing with China market)
SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain or other relevant subject
Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding
Willingness to travel to overseas for exhibition, conference or trade fair (if applicable)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven and self-motivated
Able to work independently and hit sales targets
Attractive commission
Travel allowance including petrol, toll and parking

Market exposure and opportunity to work in overseas (if applicable)
Junior candidates may potentially earn income between RM 5,000 to RM8,000 (inclusive of commission and special incentive) on average.
