• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

As a Sales Executive at Shamrock Arena (M) Sdn Bhd, your main responsibilities will include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits to prospective clients such as developers, schools, local councils, and architects.
• Promote and present company products and services, including playground equipment, park enhancement solutions, and outdoor fitness systems.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs and project specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered smoothly.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company targets and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitors and identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts regularly for management review.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company events to promote the brand and generate leads.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients according to credit terms.
