Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments, especially hypermarkets, hospitality industry, and healthcare.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the hypermarket, hospitality, and healthcare industries, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Existing network of contacts within major hypermarkets, hospitality, or healthcare sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
