Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in Seremban, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The role also involves regular reporting on sales activities and performance, as well as participating in training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
