A leading real estate company is looking for an enthusiastic Property Sales Representative to promote and sell commercial property projects. The role involves engaging with potential clients, conducting viewings, and supporting marketing campaigns. Ideal for fresh graduates with a strong sales drive and good communication skills prepared to excel in a dynamic environment.
Promote and sell commercial property projects for the company.
Attend to sales inquiries from potential buyers via walk-in, phone calls, online platforms, and exhibitions.
Conduct property viewings, site tours, and sales presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
Handle sales administrative work including preparing booking forms, sales reports, and customer documentation.
Follow up on leads, prospects, and sales conversions.
Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, and property fairs as assigned.
Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience in property sales, real estate, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and during property launches/roadshows.
Own transport and willingness to travel locally as required.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin is an added advantage depending on the market segment.
