Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain Takaful plans (family, health, savings, education, retirement, etc.) to clients.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Assist clients during the Takaful application process and in the event of a claim.
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and development programs to stay updated on products and industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and simple manner.
• Willingness to obtain Takaful-related certifications (if not already certified).
