A leading company in the property sector is seeking a Sales Executive to manage enquiries and foster relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree and have at least 1 year of sales experience in real estate. You will participate in various marketing events and work towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

• Attend to sales enquiries, including telephone enquiries and walk-in customers.
• Participate in property launches, events, and exhibitions.

Attend to sales enquiries, including telephone enquiries and walk-in customers, by providing information about the company's projects with the objective of achieving sales targets.

Participate in property launches, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales gallery duties.

Execute prospecting activities to obtain quality and genuine prospects for the database to convert into sales.

Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers to increase customer base and loyalty.
