Job description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports accurately and on time.
  • Provide weekly Order Intake (OI) updates to the Finance Department.
  • Maintain and update the Reference List regularly for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate and share daily invoicing reports with relevant teams.
  • Follow up on pending finance files, ensuring timely completion and closure.
  • Manage and coordinate tasks related to Purchase Requisitions (PR), Invoicing, and Credit Notes (CN) in SAP.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced formulas.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP for finance or sales-related processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
