Job description

To reach out and present Lyreco's service solutions to the business within the designated territory assigned to you, ensuring we become one of the preferred suppliers for our customers.

  1. Responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
  2. Conduct field canvassing or phone cold calling to generate leads and set up face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential customers.
  3. Handle new customer acquisition.
  4. Understand prospect purchasing needs and present the most suitable pricing and quotation offers.
  5. Initiate account creation for prospects using our internal sales tools.
  6. Achieve monthly sales margins and targets assigned.
  7. Provide comprehensive purchase and business dealing information to prospects to ensure proper understanding of business dealings.
  8. Perform any other relevant ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, solution selling skills, proactive listening skills, sales negotiation skills, and sales pipeline management skills.
  3. Possess own transport.
  4. Proactive in verbal and written communication.
  5. Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B environment, managing SME business portfolios.
  6. Salary range between RM3.5k-RM5.3k, including transport allowance and sales incentives.
