A local travel agency in Selangor is looking for a passionate Sales Executive to drive sales and promote a range of travel products. This role involves meeting sales targets, providing tailored travel solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Fresh graduates and candidates with sales experience under 30 are encouraged to apply. Strong sales and communication skills are essential. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through company-provided leads, walk-ins, networking and cold calls.
Promote and sell a wide range of travel products, including customized itineraries, flights, accommodations, and tour packages.
Maximize revenue by offering upgrades, add-on services, and value-added travel solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Consult with clients both online and offline to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements, and provide professional advice on suitable destinations and itineraries.
Provide timely, accurate, and detailed information to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively to maintain sales momentum.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups to support repeat business and long-term relationships.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or unforeseen travel issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, airline and hotel products, and relevant travel regulations.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates aged below 30 with sales experience will be an added advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and advise clients.
Strong interpersonal and people-oriented skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
High level of organization and attention to detail to manage client information, bookings, and follow-ups accurately.
Passion for travel with up-to-date destination and industry knowledge, enhancing customer confidence and service quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic administrative and reporting tasks.
