• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and discovering potential customers from both international and local.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
