Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and achieve targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on high-value accounts
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Regularly report on sales performance and forecast future trends to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
