Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

We are expanding and seeking passionate Sales Executives (Senior & Junior) to strengthen our presence across Malaysia. This role offers a dynamic environment supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. Key focus areas include:

• Executing sales strategies to support growth in Foodservice & Retail Divisions.
• Driving profitable revenue within targeted margins.
• Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring operational efficiency and market execution excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals; achieve sales targets and profit margins.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer accounts, conduct market visits, resolve issues, and foster loyalty.
• Market Execution & Event Management: Plan and execute in-store activations, roadshows, and promotional events; coordinate sell-out activities.
• Market Updates & Reporting: Provide updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities; manage account receivables and overdue payments.
• Others: Perform additional duties as assigned by Sales or General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years (Junior) / 3-5 years (Senior) sales experience, preferably in Foodservice, Retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and independent.
• Understanding of the foodservice and retail industries is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within territories.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
