Overview

We are hiring talent Sales Executive (Senior) based in Semenyih, Beranang (HORECA, F&B, Retail) professional to join our team in expanding new business opportunities.

Main responsibilities
  • Manage existing account provided by Company and increase sales by selling more product
  • To prepare a quotation, tender documents and related sales proposal
  • To setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
Customer Management
  • Point of contact - Maintaining customer relationship, ensuring all communication is clear, timely, and professional
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Provided feedback on prices info to Sales Coordinator teams
Operation
  • To process sales orders accurately and coordinate with Sales Coordinator
  • Work closely with Logistics team to ensure smooth and on time delivery
  • To monitor in credit collection and outstanding payment
  • To prepare Sales report for Management review
Others
  • To prepare and represent company for any Roadshow & exhibitions
  • Conduct and prepare any Product presentations and demonstration for clients
  • To support on preparing marketing materials in any promotion etc.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in HORECA or Food & Beverage industries
  • Able communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Willing to travel within assigned areas and attend events as required
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
