· To be the company ambassador & represent the company in the best possible manner & ethics when servicing clients according to company mission, vision and values.
· Achieve maximum sales & profitability, growth and account penetration for targets set by the company.
· Service existing customers by obtaining sales orders and organizing daily visitation schedule.
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
· Attend to customers’ enquiries and follow up with quotations effectively.
· Ensure timely follow up & delivery of goods to customers.
· Manage payment collections from customers in accordance with the company terms and procedures.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Actively participant Submit report to HOC on monthly basis and attend weekly meeting.
· To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
