Job Description
  • Sell and present SGS products to clients, ensuring all conversion rate targets for enquiries, proposals, and contracts are met, and follow up on customer enquiries to exceed customer expectations.
  • Update management regularly on market trends, SGS market share, and insights from marketing and sales activities.
  • Prepare target client lists based on the marketing strategy.
  • Conduct sales visits and presentations to achieve sales targets.
  • Update proposals, follow up on all proposals, and record client interactions in CertIQ.
  • Record all cold calls and proposals in CertIQ.
  • Host client visits at SGS offices.
  • Provide weekly updates on client follow-up statuses.
  • Maintain updated lists of secured contracts monthly and year-to-date.
  • Monitor enquiry, proposal, and contract conversion rates to meet pre-set targets.
  • Coordinate price negotiations with clients.
  • Update enquiries, proposals, and contracts promptly and raise schedule requests as needed.
  • Report market trends, pricing, and developments to managers and team members.
  • Actively promote and sell public training courses.
  • Lead and develop business enhancement projects related to Industry 4WRD, including stakeholder meetings, report writing, client networking, and assessing effectiveness.
  • Assist in analyzing business practices and recommending improvements.
  • Report client complaints, issues, and inefficiencies to relevant managers.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by your manager or senior management.
Qualifications
