A leading company in the Automotive industry seeks a Sales Executive to promote and service their innovative product line across Malaysia. This full-time role involves managing the sales process, interacting with clients, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Promoting, selling and servicing our product line to customer.
Identifying and developing new customers besides interacting with existing customers in the assigned territory to increase sales and profitability.
Managing the entire sales process: following up on customer meetings/requests/quotations/offers in close collaboration with the inside sales team.
Collecting payments within the due date for orders placed for customers.
Setting up meetings and delivering presentation of our products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Providing technical and sales support to customers.
Leading the selling opportunities, identification, customer satisfaction, improvement and business relationship enhancement.
Preparing periodic reports of customer activity and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting.
Requirement: Based in Malaysia
Possess minimum SPM or higher education.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu, Cantonese (optional).
Fast learner and passion for sales
Able to work independently, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, good and can-do attitude.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skill
This job position is open all across Malaysia.
