About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at S.G. Concrete Products (M) Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success in the local market.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new leads through various sales channels
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
3. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
5. Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries
6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the construction materials industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
7. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
