What You’ll Do:
- Sales Target Achievement: Own your monthly & quarterly numbers.
- Lead Conversion: Maximise every lead. No shallow follow-ups — at least 6 attempts before disqualifying.
- Lead Generation: When it's quiet, you hunt — through social media, referrals, WhatsApp groups, events.
- SPIN Selling & Objection Handling: Understand buyers' real concerns, respond with empathy, and help them move forward confidently.
- Buyer Experience Champion: Guide buyers through site tours, loan support, and SPA signing.
- CRM & Reporting: Update leads daily. Zero guesswork.
- Team Rhythm & Innovation: Share market feedback, propose improvements, participate actively in launches and events.
KPIs That Define Success:
- 1–4 SPA Bookings per Month
- ≥90% Booking to SPA Conversion within 60 Days
- ≥2% Leads to Sales Conversion Rate
What Makes You a Fit:
- Diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar.
- 1–2 years sales experience (Property sales is a plus).
- SPIN Selling approach, loan & DSR knowledge, CRM skills.
- Empathetic, disciplined, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
