What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Own your monthly & quarterly numbers.
  • Lead Conversion: Maximise every lead. No shallow follow-ups — at least 6 attempts before disqualifying.
  • Lead Generation: When it's quiet, you hunt — through social media, referrals, WhatsApp groups, events.
  • SPIN Selling & Objection Handling: Understand buyers' real concerns, respond with empathy, and help them move forward confidently.
  • Buyer Experience Champion: Guide buyers through site tours, loan support, and SPA signing.
  • CRM & Reporting: Update leads daily. Zero guesswork.
  • Team Rhythm & Innovation: Share market feedback, propose improvements, participate actively in launches and events.

KPIs That Define Success:

  • 1–4 SPA Bookings per Month
  • ≥90% Booking to SPA Conversion within 60 Days

What Makes You a Fit:

  • Diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar.
  • 1–2 years sales experience (Property sales is a plus).
