Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the designated territory of Puchong.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities, focusing on the hardware and machinery sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues effectively.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of CT Hardware's product range.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable sales agreements while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail or hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Comprehensive product knowledge related to power tools, machinery, and hardware products.
- Ability to conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive advantages.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Puchong.
