Build relationships with potential clients and customers

Manage the sales pipeline and close deals

Develop sales strategies to meet targets and grow revenue

Job Description

1. Promote Revowood products to developer, contractors, architects, interior designers, and dealers.

2. Prospecting, networking, and developing pipelines with existing and new customers to increase sales.

3. Specify Revowood range of product for private and government projects.

4. Experience in the building material industry with close contacts with interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers is a plus.

5. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection, installation methods, and maintenance requirements.

6. Collaborate closely with installation team to ensure seamless project execution.

7. Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner and provide effective solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

8. Determined to consistently achieve agreed KPI’s and sales targets.

9. Timely collection of payments and monitoring of customers’ credit terms.

10. Host Live Streams: Take the spotlight and lead exciting live sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and more.

11. Liaise effectively with the sales coordinator to optimize sales processes.

12. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
