Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:

    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Seek out new sales opportunities by opening new accounts and follow through sales leads.

  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketingand technical team to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Provide after-sales support including troubleshooting and training for clients.

  • Attend conferences and other events to generate leads and network.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.

Requirement:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences,or Biomedical Engineering.

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

  • Candidates with experience in the medical, life science, diagnostic, or nutraceutical (e.g., supplements) industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Experience working with pharmacies and GP clinics is a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skill.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.

  • Fast learner and quick thinker

  • Passionate in doing sales.

  • Able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.

  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
