Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Penang.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving property sales by engaging with potential buyers both at our sales gallery and during marketing events such as roadshows and exhibitions. You’ll play a key role in introducing Rackson’s projects to the public, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to overall sales success.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Attending to walk-in clients at the sales gallery and delivering professional project presentations
  • Participating in roadshows, expos, and marketing events to promote Rackson developments
  • Following up on leads generated via events, campaigns, and digital platforms
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead conversion
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer details and sales progress
  • Delivering excellent service and upholding the Rackson brand experience

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — full training will be provided
  • Prior experience in property sales or customer service roles is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus)
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (Off days will be given)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for events and roadshows
