Job Description

1. In conjunction with the business strategy, identify, to deliver existing or new markets to grow the business. Ensure feasibility and successful delivery of products or services.
2. Assist to maintain consistent contact and provide Sales and Marketing for the stipulated Region.
3. Coordinate and support for tender preparation and submission.
4. Prepare report on Sales.
5. Assist in marketing business within the stipulated Region.
6. Handle all incoming mail or issues that related with Sales/Marketing.
7. Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within the region.
8. Attend trade shows as required to benefit the business.
9. Assist the Sales/Marketing Manager to identify New Business Opportunities for development.
10. Identify the New Trend of Services needed by the Client.
11. Analyze Market Segments.
12. Educate Sales Force to convey company objectives, and set up sales programs.
13. Develop effective presentations to create awareness for current market conditions, market trends and client’s needs.
14. Ensure that all sales are conducted within clients and recognized industry health and safety regulations.
15. Maintain close contact with SGS affiliates on transnational operations.
16. Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS and is fully implemented in accordance to ISO 17020 & MIBAS policy, 17065 & ACB policy and ISO17025 & SAMM policy (where applicable/required).
17. Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
18. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marketing, business or related field.
2. Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and good business acumen and the ability to adapt to the dynamic business environment.
3. Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
