Job description

Sales Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote, and organize sales campaigns, property launches, or exhibitions.
  2. Handle new customer leads daily.
  3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with our properties.
  4. Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns.
  5. Liaise with prospects, bankers, and solicitors.
  6. Achieve individual targets as per the given ranking.
  7. Collaborate with the team to achieve group targets.
  8. Demonstrate self-motivation and self-direction.
  9. Salary: Basic salary plus incentives (RM 3,000.00 and above).
  10. Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build and manage relationships.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Property Development, Real Estate Management, or Business Studies (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, especially in the property development industry, is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Malaysian citizens or holders of relevant residence status, willing to work in Nilai & Pajam (Negeri Sembilan).
  • On-job training provided.
  • Attractive incentive scheme on top of the basic salary.
