SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Perform the services of a professional Sales Executive and use best endeavors to promote the company's interests.
• Deliver personal and team sales targets.
• Follow guidelines for each campaign/promotion.
• Handle incoming and make outgoing sales calls.
• Guide potential purchasers around show units, demonstrate products, highlight features and benefits, and overcome objections.
• Represent only the Company in real estate dealings or transactions.
• Provide after-sales services.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities at galleries, roadshows, and exhibitions for new property launches.
• Assist prospective customers in obtaining financial assistance if necessary.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed upon reservation and procedures are followed.
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system and ensure information posted in the IFCA system is current.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related fields.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a sales and marketing executive within property development.
• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage.

Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with the IFCA system for data entry.
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics.

Skills:

• Understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
