Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • To generate leads, build strong client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.
  • To work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend to any sales enquiries, launches, and events.
  • Provide excellent sales and customer service to existing customers and prospects.
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
  • Assist with loan applications and SPA execution to complete sales transactions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or the company.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with experience would have an added advantage.

At least one (1) year of experience in a related field.

Result-oriented with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.

Proactive, dynamic, and a good team player.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Possess own transport.
