Job description

Prepare email and quotation response to requests for quotations

Prepare and organize tender responses

Providing exceptional customer service on phone and responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Prepare sales and purchases documents, including simple quotations, invoices, POs and other documents.

Continuously expanding your product knowledge to provide clients with comprehensive and valuable insights

Arranges appointments with customers. Track customers’ request and ensure follow up.

Track payment status and follow up with outstanding payments from customers
