  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related sales.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, SQL, EP software).
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
  • Good understanding of local market and travel trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market demand.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and services (e.g., F&B, spa, meeting rooms).
  • Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve sales goals set by hotel management.
  • Maintain sales reports, customer databases (CRM), and booking records.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance updates for management.
