About the role
As a Sales Executive at Citra Anggun Jaya Marketing Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for driving new sales and managing existing customer relationships to promote the company's products and services. This full-time position is based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, where you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs and promote company products or services
Identify new market opportunities; generate and qualify sales leads in targeted B2B/B2C segments .
Present products effectively, conduct demonstrations, negotiate terms, close deals, and follow through on collection if needed
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and proposals. Track sales pipeline and update CRM/system.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, operations, product) to ensure smooth delivery and execution
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback; proactively recommend improvements .
Generate regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly): KPI tracking, pipeline health, revenue forecast.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years (fresh graduates may be considered) experience in B2B/B2C sales; FMCG or industrial markets preferred .
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in conducting product/demo presentations and closing deals.
Analytical mindset with basic digital skills—Excel, CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally (Klang Valley, outstation, Malaysia-wide).
Language: Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin or other languages are an advantage
