Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and meet customers upon their arrival at the shop.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide clear explanations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present jewelry options to customers, provide pricing information, and offer discounts when appropriate.
- Assist customers in wrapping and bagging their purchases.
- Provide pricing details to the cashier, including the weight of purchased items.
- Facilitate payments after each purchase.
- Manage shop inventories by recording items into the computer system.
- Assist in the daily display of all available items for sale.
- Engage with customers respectfully and answer their questions.
- Work towards increasing sales of jewelry products regularly.
- Introduce sales promotions to encourage purchases.
- Help customers make informed decisions regarding jewelry purchases.
- Explain warranties and guarantees for each purchased item.
- Ensure all purchase documents are properly bagged with the jewelry.
- Send appreciation messages to customers and inform them about new arrivals.
- Securely return all jewelry pieces to their designated places at the end of each day.
