Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet and meet customers upon their arrival at the shop.
2. Listen attentively to customer needs and provide clear explanations to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Present jewelry options to customers, provide pricing information, and offer discounts when appropriate.
4. Assist customers in wrapping and bagging their purchases.
5. Provide pricing details to the cashier, including the weight of purchased items.
6. Facilitate payments after each purchase.
7. Manage shop inventories by recording items into the computer system.
8. Assist in the daily display of all available items for sale.
9. Engage with customers respectfully and answer their questions.
10. Work towards increasing sales of jewelry products regularly.
11. Introduce sales promotions to encourage purchases.
12. Help customers make informed decisions regarding jewelry purchases.
13. Explain warranties and guarantees for each purchased item.
14. Ensure all purchase documents are properly bagged with the jewelry.
15. Send appreciation messages to customers and inform them about new arrivals.
16. Securely return all jewelry pieces to their designated places at the end of each day.
