Job summary

HOYA Corporation in Malaysia seeks a sales-oriented professional to coordinate business generation activities and develop targeted strategies. You will collaborate with sales managers to grow accounts, plan visits bi-weekly, and complete daily calls using the system.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided. Candidates should have 1–2 years sales experience, familiarity with medical/healthcare or optical products, and strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin communication

Qualifications

Preferably with 1–2 years sales experience.
Preferably work experience in Medical/Healthcare products or Optical companies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong written and spoken communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Own transportation and willingness to travel.
Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Coordinating business generation activities
Developing customized targeted sales strategies
Collaborating with sales managers to secure, retain and grow accounts
Visit planning on a bi-weekly basis via system
Complete sales calls daily via system
Maintain customer information via system
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Conduct and schedule customer visits to understand needs and solve problems promptly
Create informative presentations
Present and deliver product information to potential customers
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Answer customer questions and follow-up questions
Respond to requests for proposals from customers
