Basic + Commission + Fixed Allowance + Quarterly Incentive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Conduct regular visits at outlets and follow up to ensure alignment with sales objectives and targets.
2. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Ensure attractive and compliant shelf displays in line with brand guidelines.
4. Enforce adherence to store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the sales floor.
5. Communicate promotional activities clearly and implement them effectively across the team.
6. Regularly analyze sales data, retail KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
7. Assist the internal team in recruiting and onboarding sales personnel.
8. Coordinate supervisors’ and promoters’ schedules to ensure optimal staffing and cost efficiency.
9. Support in-store campaigns, sales events, and promotional activities.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in Retail Sales, preferably 1-2 years of working experience in fashion item sales.
• Possess good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to travel across different states to oversee sales and team management.
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Energetic, forward-thinking, and eager to learn.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
