Join Our Team as a Sales/Retail Executive!

If you have a passion for customer service, previous retail experience, and thrive in a dynamic environment, be part of our dedicated team delivering excellence in retail fashion.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly demeanor.

Guide customers in finding products and offer expert advice.

Provide accurate product information and pricing details.

Communicate ongoing promotions clearly to customers.

Maintain up-to-date and pristine promotional displays.

Fulfill customer requests for merchandise and create customer profiles.

Process cash and card transactions accurately.

Handle telephone inquiries following company protocols.

Achieve sales targets set by the Store Manager.

Participate actively in sales events and promotions.

Ensure store cleanliness and uphold merchandising standards.

Resolve customer complaints, refunds, and exchanges with care and relay customer feedback, issues, or discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

Working Experience: 1-2 years in sales or retail.

Language skills: Good spoken English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about sales and customer interaction. Previous sales or retail experience preferred.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Open to relocation.
