Job description

To reach out and present Lyreco service solutions to the businesses in the designated territory, ensuring we become one of their preferred suppliers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing good rapport with customers to maintain business relationships and retention.
  2. Increasing sales through product penetration and managing account margins.
  3. Handling customer inquiries and providing after-sales support.
  4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering Lyreco's standard service levels.
  5. Ensuring full category compliance to maximize customer potential.
  6. Promoting customer loyalty through dedicated account management.
  7. Performing any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in commerce, business administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, solution selling, active listening, sales negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
  • Own transportation is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B environment, managing SME portfolios.
  • Salary range: RM3,300 - RM5,300 including transport allowance and sales incentives.
