Position: Business Development

Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Location: No. 43-2-1 (2nd Floor), Jalan 1/48A, Sentul Perdana, Bandar Baru Sentul, 51000 Kuala Lumpur

Job Scope

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new students and retain current ones
  • Conduct market research to identify key demographics and student segments
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
  • Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to boost visibility
  • Create engaging content and manage the center’s social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and advertisements
  • Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and local businesses to drive referrals
  • Organize open days, events, and workshops to showcase tuition programs
  • Represent the brand at education fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Maintain proactive communication with parents and students for ongoing support
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Provide consultations to parents on program offerings and learning benefits
  • Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Develop promotional offers and pricing strategies to boost student intake

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or education
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools and social media management
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for education and student success is a plus
