Job Responsibilities
- Visit assigned counters within the region as needed and manage the promoter's sales activities.
- Prepare monthly consignment reports and update stock levels at counters regularly.
- Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: SPM and above.
- Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Skills required: Sales experience, communication skills, negotiation skills, product knowledge, problem-solving skills, time management, customer relationship management.
