Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or a related field
- Preferably with 1 – 2 year(s) of sales experience in the FMCG industry or distributor management
- Familiarity with territorial coverage and experience in managing dealer field sales team
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel as required
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall sales business of Kota Kinabalu in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT)
- Accountable for strategic initiatives to drive net sales, distribution, trade expenditures, and sales forecast efficiency. This includes product management, impactful display setups, and execution of promotions
- Build and achieve long-term business success for the company
- Implement and maintain sales measures at the customer level
